Meet our Founder: Josef Komlodi
Josef Komlodi is an internationally certified coach, technical director, and former professional player with over 30 years of experience in elite-level soccer development. As the Founder and President of PTP (Players To Pro) Football, Josef has helped guide thousands of athletes and coaches along successful pathways to professional clubs, collegiate scholarships, and coaching careers around the world.

Holding top-tier certifications from Germany (UEFA ‘A’ License), the United States (USSF ‘A’ License), and Canada (B License & National Youth License), Josef is one of the most experienced and well-connected development leaders in Canadian soccer. He has pioneered major programs at clubs like Erin Mills SC (ADP / Tour of America), ProStars FC, and the Professional Soccer Academy, and he has coached against elite international academies—including matches against top-tier European clubs. Fluent in English, Hungarian, and German, Josef’s global mindset continues to shape the next generation of football professionals.
